Valeriy Kutsyy, Chief Executive Officer
Valeriy Kutsyy is Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2008. Valeriy runs the executive team of Miratech and reports to the Board of Directors. Valeriy represents Miratech in several organizations, he is a member of the Board of IT Ukraine Association, in 2011 as a delegate from Ukraine he jointed Commission on E-Business, IT and Telecoms at International Chamber of Commerce, the World Business Organization.
Valeriy possesses experience in multi-million sales and relationship management with corporate customers, strong background in project and process management. Having joined Miratech in 1998 as a software engineer, Valeriy grew through a range of positions with increasing responsibilities. He supervised a number of Miratech departments and business-critical functions and led numerous Miratech organization development projects, enabling Miratech to grow at a compound rate of more than 30% per annum during the past 7 years.
He holds M.S. in Applied Mathematics with honors from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University and MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. In 2010, Valeriy was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir III Degree for a fair business conduct and professional management of the company, the industry leader. The pool of CEOs voted Valeriy Kutsyy the most successful CEO in the Ukrainian software industry in 2010 (GVardiya rating).

Nikolay Royenko, President
After 10 years of a highly successful academic career in IT research, Dr. Royenko took the initiative and led the foundation of Miratech in 1989 as one of the first privately-owned IT companies in then USSR. Ever since, he has been at the head of the progressive development of Miratech into a major IT company with qualified personnel, experienced in international projects, and representation in Ukraine, the UK and US.
Nikolay Royenko invariably served as Miratech Chief Executive Officer until 1999 and subsequently became Miratech President.
Dr. Royenko is also board member of the IT Ukraine Association. He was first elected as President of the IT Ukraine Association in 2004, when Association was founded, for the first yearly term and was re-elected in 2007. He graduated with honors from the Moscow Physical-Technical Institute in 1980 and obtained his Doctorate in Computer Science from the same Institute in 1983.

Sergey Reznichenko, Vice President, Services Delivery
Sergey Reznichenko started his work with Miratech in July 2005 as project manager. Since January 2008, he served as director of the department of project management. In October 2010, he was appointed VP, Services Delivery. Prior to Miratech, Sergey Reznichenko worked for a Ukrainian IT company SSI in 2004-2005. Sergey holds a radio engineer diploma from Zaporizhya Technical University and business economist diploma from Zaporizhya Engineering Academy.

Igor Goldenberg, Vice President, Product and Program Management
Igor Goldenberg joined Miratech in December 2005 as Senior Project Manager and was promoted to the present position in 2007. Before Miratech, Igor worked as Technical Director at Internet Gates (2003-2005) and Chief Technical Officer at Ciklum (2001-2003).
He possesses experience in management of software companies, strategic planning, project management, IT consulting, business processes reengineering.
Igor obtained M.S. from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) and passed a post-graduate course at the Institute of Energy Saving of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Natalia Perestyuk, Chief Financial Officer
Natalia joined Miratech in August 2003 and was promoted to the position of Business Development Director in March 2007 after different assignments in business development, tax, legal, regulatory affairs. She holds current position since May 2012.
Before Miratech, Natalia coordinated several research projects on non-banking financial sector restructuring, business and legal European integration in the non-governmental organizations and structures of government agencies for the World Bank, USAID, the European Commission and the Government of Ukraine. Natalia has extensive experience of consulting International and Ukrainian businesses on investments protection, assets management, taxes optimization and external trade, accumulated since 1996, including her work in financial markets and the securities industry.
Natalia has degree in Mathematics. She also graduated as Master of Law from the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv in 1999. In 2006 Natalia obtained MBA degree from the University of New Brunswick (Canada).

Mikhail Dobrov, Vice President, Bank & Finance
Mikhail Dobrov joined Miratech as Vice President, Bank & Finance, in 2011. On the new assignment, Mr. Dobrov is responsible for relationship management with corporate customers in banking sector.
Mr. Dobrov brings to Miratech extensive experience in information technology and finances. Having worked for more than 20 years with a number of major domestic financial institutions in a leading position, he has successful experience in developing and implementing programs to improve efficiency and achieve business goals.
Mikhail Dobrov graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute), and passed a post-graduate course at the Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, where he obtained PhD in Economics.
Mikhail Dobrov is author of numerous scholarly articles and monographs, a charter member and Past President of Rotary Club of Kiev. He was involved in applied and fundamental research works at the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute, at the Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics, and at the V. Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials.

Dmitriy Filipov, Vice President, HR & Organization Development
In 2001 Dmitriy Filipov started working for Miratech as a software engineer and was promoted to a business application team manager in 2004. During 2006-2008 Dmitriy worked as a Director, Engineering Resources, and was in charge of engineering resources management, supervision of senior engineers, their motivation and competence. In 2008 Dmitriy was promoted to the position of Director, Organization Development, and in 2011 was also appointed Acting Vice President, Human Resources Department.
Dmitriy Filipov graduated with distinction from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and obtained a diploma in applied mathematics, system analysis and management.

Alexander Tarasenko, Director, Quality & Processes
Alexander Tarasenko joined Miratech in 1994 as Software Engineer and had been subsequently promoted to Configuration Manager and Software Analyst before appointment for the present position in 2003. Alexander possesses solid experience in software quality assurance and managing internal implementation software and process establishment projects, including practical management of CMM Level 3 certification at Miratech.
Alexander Tarasenko graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and passed a post-graduate course at the Institute of Cybernetics of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.

Alexander Latenko, Director, Information Technologies
Alexander Latenko started his work with Miratech in the position of IT Director in March 2007.
Prior to that, Alexander in 2006-2007 performed as an Independent Consulter for well-known Ukrainian companies to establish their IT departments as well as optimize their infrastructures and processes. Since 1998 through February 2006, Alexander worked for Boston Animation Inc., where he held the position of Chief Information Officer.
Alexander Latenko graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine (Kyiv Polytechnic Institute), from which he obtained an engineer diploma in 1999.
